Very old genuine unpolished brass double tap and spile. 

These were used with the old style wooden beer barrels, 

when the bung was removed and the tap and spile (spiky bit) 

was knocked into the hole to allow the beer to be drawn off. 

This is a double, so it supplied two hand pumps.

They have maker's initials on the taps. I have several of 

these available.

It is approximately 21cm long.
